Fees and payment
Fees are agreed directly before work begins. Each candidate service is charged separately; employer recruitment is quoted against your hiring brief. Payment arrangements are recorded in your service agreement. This website takes no payments.
Revisions and changes
A revision is a change to work we have delivered, within the agreed scope: wording, emphasis, order or layout. Send your feedback as one consolidated list per round.
A new target role, information you did not share at the start or work from another service is additional work, not a revision.
For additional work, we explain what is involved and the fee. Work starts only after you agree, and the change is added to your service agreement.
Revisions, sessions, delivery timing and support periods are agreed individually before work begins.
