Terms of service.

Astra provides career support services to candidates and recruitment support to employers. Before work begins, we agree in writing what your service includes, its allowance, timeline and fee. This is your service agreement.

What each service includes→

Candidates provide accurate information about their experience and goals, and decide which roles to pursue. Employers provide accurate role information and make all hiring decisions. Astra provides the support set out in the service agreement.

Fees and payment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins. Each candidate service is charged separately unless included in an agreed package. Employer recruitment fees are based on the agreed hiring brief. Payment arrangements are recorded in your service agreement. This website takes no payments.

Currency, payment methods, applicable taxes and invoicing details are confirmed in your service agreement before payment.

A revision is a change to work we have delivered, within the agreed scope: wording, emphasis, order or layout. Send your feedback as one consolidated list per round.

A new target role, information you did not share at the start or work from another service is additional work, not a revision.

For additional work, we explain what is involved and the fee. Work starts only after you agree, and the change is added to your service agreement.

Unused revisions expire at the end of the revision window agreed in your service agreement.

You may request cancellation by email.

• Before work begins: we cancel the service and refund any amount paid in full.
• After work begins: we stop work, charge for completed work or sessions already held, and refund the unused balance.

• Undelivered work: refunded, for example unused sessions or undrafted documents.
• Refund requests for completed work are reviewed against the agreed scope and service agreement.
• If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, notify Astra within the agreed revision window. We will correct it without an additional fee.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of cancellation confirmation.

Employers decide who to interview and hire; candidates decide which opportunities to pursue or accept. Astra does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement or hire.
